​Breakfast and lunch are provided to students by Sodexo, the district's food service provider.  If you have questions regarding items on the menu or your child's account balance, please contact Sodexo.

 Lunch costs for the 2011-2012 school year
​Elementary Schools

​Breakfast - $1.60/day or $8.00/week
Lunch - $2.10/day or $10.50/week

​Middle Schools
Breakfast - $1.85/day or $9.25/week
Lunch - $2.30/day or $11.50/week
 
​High Schools
Breakfast - $1.85/day or $9.25/week
Lunch - $2.35/day or $11.75/week
  

Parents please note:  Students who do not have sufficient funds available to cover the cost of a hot lunch will be provided a ham and cheese sandwich and milk a maximum of three (3) times during the school year.

I.D. Cards:  Each student (grades K-5) is assigned an ID number and bar code.  Elementary cards are maintained in the classroom.  Middle and high school students will enter their pin number in a key pad device to access their lunch account.  If a student does not know his or her pin number, cashiers can access an account by student name.

Food Service Accounts and Payments:  Parents may request a statement of their child's account at any time by contacting the Food Service Office located at their child's building.

Payments should be sent with the student and marked "Attn:  Food Service".  When sending payments, please note parent name, student name, address, and telephone number.  Checks and money orders should be made payable to Belvidere CUSD #100.  Payments can also be made on-line through Comalex.  Please allow 24-36 hours for posting of all food service payments made on-line.

The Belvidere School District food service program is state and federally funded.  Sodexo complies with state and federal regulations.  In accordance with federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.  It is not the policy of Sodexo to extend credit for food items.  Sufficient funds must be available when purchasing food items.
