FIRST GRADE NEWS

First grade enjoyed their annual Potato Roll-Off contest on St. Patrick’s Day. We had some very fast rolling potatoes this year!

We appreciate all of the families who sent in foods made with potatoes for us to sample on that day. The week before spring break

we had visits from a leprechaun and the Easter Bunny!

On March 1st, we decided March came in like a lamb, and it is definitely going out like a lion! We are making dinosaur fossils to go

along with our reading story, If the Dinosaurs Came Back.
