Data Retreat

Our full strategic planning team met for our Data Retreat on Thursday, December 8th, at Belvidere North High School.   

Throughout the retreat, our team worked on answering the question: “Where are we now?”

The product of the retreat is the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) Analysis that was then shared with all the stakeholder groups represented on the strategic plan team for feedback between the Data Retreat and the Vision Retreat, which took place on Wednesday, January 11th.
