Free/Reduced Lunch
Your child may qualify for free or reduced meals if your household income is within the reduced price limits on the Federal Eligibility Income Chart, attached to the application. Applying and qualifying for free/reduced lunch does not automatically qualify a student for free/reduced school fees. Any questions regarding free/reduced lunch should be directed to Lindsay Carlson at (815) 547-3856 or lcarlson@organiclifeusa.com
School Fee Waiver
No student is denied educational services or academic credit due to the inability of parents/guardians to pay student fees. Students receiving a fee waiver are not exempt from charges for lost and damaged books, locks, materials, supplies, and equipment. Applying and qualifying for free/reduced meals based on completion of the National School Lunch Program application does not automatically qualify a student for free or reduced fees. You may apply for free/reduced fees by completing our School Fee Waiver Application by September 30, 2022.
