Vision Retreat

Our full strategic planning team met for our Vision Retreat on Wednesday, January 11th, at Belvidere North High School.   

Throughout the retreat, our team worked on reviewing the SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) draft survey data and making any adjustments needed.  We also started working on our new Mission Statement, discussed our core values, and got stared on our Vision Portraits.

We'll meet next for our Setting Direction Retreat on Thursday, January 26th from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm at Belvidere North High School.

We'll be sending out a survey on Thursday, February 2nd to gather feedback on the draft of our Strategic Plan.  It will be emailed to all D100 staff and families, and will be posted here on our website for community members.
