New Students

New students will be required to have the following documents in order to complete registration:

Current lease or property tax statement
- Boone county residents can get a copy of their tax bill here.
One utility bill (gas, electric water or trash)
Your student's certified, original birth certificate
Parent/guardian photo ID

New student registration is NOT complete until all documentation has been turned in to our registrars. Please schedule an appointment to complete the process after the online application has been sumbitted.

Parents of Early Childhood students who have completed their screening and received a code to register, should follow the New Student registration process.

Be sure to enter your student's information exactly as it appears on the birth certificate. This will avoid needing to resubmit the application. After the application is submitted, you will need to attend a registration meeting to provide all required documentation, even if the student has previously attended a D100 school.

After clicking the link above, click "Activate Account" if you have your activation code. Otherwise, click "Request Account Activation".

Once logged in, click on the "Online Registration" tab in the upper right.

Select the appropriate online registration packet.

After clicking on the link above, select the yellow “Create a New Account” button.

Answer these three questions to ensure a Synergy parent account doesn't already exist.

Accept the privacy statement to continue.

Answer the questions below to create their account.

At this point, an email will be sent with instructions on how to finish activating the ParentVUE account. Click on the link within the email to continue.

After clicking on the link in the email, set a user ID and password. Passwords can consist of numbers and letters and must be a minimum of 6 characters in length. They are also case-sensitive.

Select the appropriate online registration packet.

Kindergarten Orientation

Early Entrance to Kindergarten

To be eligible for Kindergarten, a child must turn five years old on or before September 1st.
If the child is born after September 1st and the parent feels their child is an advanced learner, a parent can request that their child be screened for early entrance to Kindergarten. Early Entrance to Kindergarten Screening is appropriate only for those students who demonstrate compelling evidence that they are both intellectually and socially advanced. This is different from Kindergarten-ready.
