Like many school districts across the State, Belvidere School District had additional funding through COVID relief grants to support summer programming. This summer marks the end of that funding with the total amount set aside for this summer limited to the remaining funds in the grant. As a result, most of the summer school programming will be focused on academic support with limited interest based options. In addition, funds are not available to cover summer camp options through the YMCA and Park District. We will still provide lunch and mid-day transportation from our summer programming to those locations, but the cost will be the families responsibility as it was prior to the COVID pandemic.
At this time all classes are full. We do not maintain waitlists for summer courses.
